Depend on your goals? I like a little closer than my bench grip, helps me use my lat more.
Had a not so bad bench session yesterday, I think I'm gonna record my shit a lot more. It helps when training alone.
Bench 225x3, 245x3, 255x2 (was bad so tried changing my technique a lil bit), 245 x4, 265x3, 225x7. I'm trying to fix my technique on my bench, any tip would be appreciated.
