Depend on your goals? I like a little closer than my bench grip, helps me use my lat more.

Had a not so bad bench session yesterday, I think I'm gonna record my shit a lot more. It helps when training alone.

Bench 225x3, 245x3, 255x2 (was bad so tried changing my technique a lil bit), 245 x4, 265x3, 225x7. I'm trying to fix my technique on my bench, any tip would be appreciated.

My last two sets:

realized my knee issues were coming from my orthotics. took 'em out and feeling way better.

went to the gym in the morning. it's mostly dedicated guys, which is really great. gonna make this a regular thing.

also, did some kb work today (DL day). felt so good and not twinge-y at all. hopefully i don't pay for it tomorrow morning.

I'd give you tips on the bench Virus but the most I have benched is 185.. and that's with a 'slanger icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

I know this is dumb but I feel fuckin great. I look so much better right now after a few months of eating at maintenance, fat started coming off while bodyweight stayed the same.

I did some log clean and presses, I was looking over at the events at this meet and I should be able to do most of them. Onlything that's going to destroy me is the 280 lb stone.

Only got 225 for 6 on bench today. 1 month ago did 10. :/ I don't know why but I just haven't been able to get my wrists feeling comfortable and strong like they used to.

Adipowers or romaleos deuces are the best of the bunch. Older adidas' shoes like IW2 & IW3 are good also, as are the previous olympiads adistar 2008 model (pimped these out for my current pair).

After the meet I need to break the weight down to 135lbs and start benching right because I'll have a life time of shoulder problems if I don't fix my upper trap dominance and any sort of work that is making me move that way is just going to ingrain the muscles to be tighter. Shit sucks. At least I'll be squatting and pulling in the 300s, happy with that.

That 200 was with form I didn't like so like I said a bit back I changed my form and my weight went down. I like how you always try to call me out yet it's you who posts the most bullshit videos, I thought you could squat like 450 but that 300 nearly crushed you that you just posted.

With my normal form I pause squat mid 300s, that was my first time squatting narrow stance, i'd say loosing 50lb going from super wide to narrow is about normal. mark bell loses like 300lb. Don't really see how my videos are bullshit, at least i post them, only ones we have of you are squatting 230lb and deadlifting like 315. You do obviously lie about your lifts and body comp, you said you were 190lb with abs we all know that's bull shit.
