How does a guy named Donut weigh 135lbs?
Trying to gain weight while swimming a lot is tough. I need to go on a full donut bulk.

Life has been heavenly since I started working at Walter Reed. There's both a Dunkin Donuts AND a Subway in the dining area. donut and black coffee for breakfast and $5 footlong errday

Cool. I'm a pog in the AF, so basically have no reason to work out, but do it anyway. Always astonished at how out of shape a lot of service members (all branches) are on my post.

If you ever go to Lewis-McChord you'll be astonished at how thick, solid, and tight everyone is.

At Sheppard everyone was fat
At Langley everyone was decently in shape
At McConnell everyone was fat
At Walter Reed everyone is juicy
At Sam Houston everyone is DYEL skinny

If you wanted fancier shorts that you could still wear around http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/433658499/olivers-the-last-pair-of-athletic-shorts-youll-eve . A lot of people didn't like the idea, but I think it's great and exactly what I wanted out of a gym short that I could also wear hiking, climbing, etc.

All else fails wear pants all the damn time like me ^_^.

I bought 3 pairs

Thanks for the tip. Charly also suggested that I should open my hips more which I will try as well. I'll do some squats tomorrow and see how it goes. I always try to stay as upright as possible which may be an issue.

Another video back from early August with a different angle. May help to show how's my set up. Was also my first time doing 315 x 5 so it was a bit messy but fun stuff. I've changed my technique a little bit since then, no more wrist wraps too.

Since everyone's posting squat videos I thought I'd join in. First time trying to squat high bar with a narrow stance. Feet are at about hip width, felt very weird compared to my super wide stance squats.
140kg, bw of 187lb.
