An entire pizza...?
That's not much. I remember fitting two of them in my PWO macros and then some kind dessert on top of that. Depends on fat content though

I'm considering buying compression shorts. Has anyone had success wearing them?

Do not lift without them....mainly for the consistent comfort factor

Ended up with a 205kg double, which was pretty easy, if I train this for a few weeks 5 plates should be doable.. Video recorded the 180kg double, dat bar speed. inb4 that's 160, plates are, 20, 25, 25, 10. miring floral womens pjs? Weighing about 185 or 190 or something.

Online you can probably find specific IT band stretches.

Fuji your camera angles are ridiculous. Post a real video for once.

You been running a lot? I'd hit my IT band 2x a day, especially around the knees and hips. Then do the bretzel stretch

then evolve into the super bretzel

Recorded my squat session yesterday to see how I was doing technique-wise, might as well post it here:

Some warmups (275 x1, 295x1)
305 x2 ( was meant to be x5 but I was unhappy with how it went so I said screw it, I'm racking it and trying again)
305x5 (cell didn't record because I'm a dumbass)
315x1 paused 2-3 sec
275x5

Not trying to go too heavy, mostly working on technique and speed so it was not PRs but a good session nonetheless. Any tips from low-bar squatters?

Yea, I bought one a year ago when I started doing a powerlifting split. They are cheap, like $19 at wallmart. It wasn't the one tool thing I was hoping for. It's a super limited tool though if you don't have a super friend to do it for you, you can only really mash the quads effectively with it but it's damn effective at that. You also cant do any tack and floss like you can with a lacross ball. The strongman I lift with, who's ranked in worlds and top 4 in USA, brought it into the gym with him to rehab a torn quad. I was like damn someone more committed to this stuff than me.
