In January at (Im guessing) 9%, ~72kg bodyweight (picture taken to send to a girl, don't hate).
Pictures taken just recently for Markl's pleasure. This is 12.1% according to a DEXA scan I got fo free at ~82kg
What I learnt:
-low bodyfat is more impressive than outright mass to girls
-doing lots of deadlifts and squats make you look blocky and bottom heavy (like I am in the "after" pics). Also not impressive to girls. Im tempted to cut them way back, or maybe just do heavy low volume
I lift half to help me get pussy, and half because I enjoy the feeling of thrashing myself out, so your mileage may vary but thought it might be in line with some people's goals. Any thoughts
