Well, I forgot about you too, ha. Loads of mid terms now but we could meet up after that. Still a bit clueless about good eats and where to go out, besides some restaurants around TST and the clubs in LKF. Would be cool if you could show some places.

Took a yoga class today because I wanted to get my hips more open for squats. Yogi approached me after the class and asked how long I've been doing yoga for and she was very surprised to see someone as "muscle bound" as me and flexible, also said I was advance enough to take any level class at the studio .Pretty stoked to hear that because I've done zero static stretching or yoga in about 10 months and gone 100% in the direction of Eric Cressey and K* stuff.


That 1 barbell thing cracks me up.

A bit over 100lb for me, depends on how good your front squat form is and how deep you low bar squat compared to your front squat.

Nice. I live on the CUHK campus out by Shatin though so can't come in to the city every time I want to lift. I could def come once or twice and we could bro out together.

Lol, it's not that bad. The only thing they lack is barbells and a power rack. Otherwise they have everything I need. I've worked out in that gym once, the one in the field?

There's a physical in Shatin at New Town Plaza, could go there. Right now they actually pay you 100 hkd to work out there for more than 90 minutes if you're someone's guest, lol.
