I did some pull ups today and for some reason my bicep and rear delts/upper lat area have been cramping since immediately after my first set. Don't know how to describe the feeling. It feels like a mixture of being of tight, cramped and sore all at once, but there's no pain. I find it very odd since it happened immediately after my first set or so. Should I be worried? Already decided to scale back and take a break tomorrow. I've gotten super paranoid about golfer's elbow or tendonitis and that sort of stuff.

Squat days are just wiping me the fuck out, man. Holy shit though, feels good to blast through and keep plating up at weights as heavy as where I'm (at least they're heavy to me!). Some dude came up to me as I was prepping the power rack asking if I was almost done, I told him I was just starting and he could work in if he wanted. Asked how much I was doing, told him 335, dude just said he'd come back after I was done because squats were his "weak spot". No idea, felt weird.

Hot lifting girl at my gym was checking me out while I squatted, caught her in the mirror mirin. feelsgoodman icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Those shoes are pretty epic btw.

Thanks for vid. Recently took up sumo and think I've been dropping my hips too low to initiate the pull. Will attempt a higher hip position and not "sit" for starting position.
