Does anyone else ever have zero appetite after a workout? Lately I've been dreading eating anything at all after the gym, all I want to do is have a glass of milk and nap.
I was so happy this week about a 300lb power clean and 3x3 jerks at 125kg until I see Charly squat 540 like it's not even a thing. Man, if I had 540 on my back, I'd break at the hips and then I'd be eating floor. But it does motivate me to eat all the food I don't feel like eating..... no feast = no beast.
I just wish I could get motivated to finish this paper on machine learning. But all I want to do is go lift some more. And then sleep. After banging the gf.

Adidas singlets are fantastic for bar rubbing on the thighs. There's a material right where that happens. I think wearing them with a t shirt over and the shoulder straps down looks fine.
