Adidas singlets are fantastic for bar rubbing on the thighs. There's a material right where that happens. I think wearing them with a t shirt over and the shoulder straps down looks fine.

Re: cooking in bulk

 

Every weekend, I boil a couple of pounds of chicken breast in water until done. Portion it into meal sizes in freeze bags and put in the freezer.

 

When it's time to eat, I pour some boiling water into the bag, add whatever sauce I like, some spices and close the bag. Beat the chicken in the bag and bang it against the counter so the breasts pull apart and blend with the flavoring. Put it on a plate, squeeze out the sauce from the bag and reheat if it needs to.

 

Weird technique, but it's real easy and pretty much makes it a juicy pulled chicken.

Yup, it's kevlar on the thighs or some shit. Pretty durable. I only wish they'd bring back the training pants which had the same thing in trackpant form.

Complete opposite for me. Hungriest after a training session.

Go watch Thornton's recent 705x3 (181's) or Eric Lillebridge's recent 850x3 (275's) smile.gif

Buy Eastbay ones. Cheap as hell and much better material than all the other expensive crap. I have 4 pairs and love them.

Weighed in at 205 this AM. This was my original bulking goal for this year. Stuck with the difficult decision of whether or not to continue actively bulking or just maintain my weight until cutting season now.
