Point your toes out at ~30 degrees, your knees should naturally track out that way.

Just reread what CTK said, seems odd to push your knees out on the way up. I pull mine in.

Dan Greene says push out

If you push in you torque your knees weird

You push out you stabilize the knees

Some pretty weird definitions of torque in the health and fitness community...

Meh, don't think that's anything. Not going to make you squat like him, that's for sure.

What? Was just responding to CTK's comment about Dan Green.

Last night had my first migraine...woke up this morning feeling hungover. Decided to go to gym anyways. Got new 5RM and 3RM on bench press. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

Does anyone else ever have zero appetite after a workout? Lately I've been dreading eating anything at all after the gym, all I want to do is have a glass of milk and nap.

I was so happy this week about a 300lb power clean and 3x3 jerks at 125kg until I see Charly squat 540 like it's not even a thing. Man, if I had 540 on my back, I'd break at the hips and then I'd be eating floor. But it does motivate me to eat all the food I don't feel like eating..... no feast = no beast.

I just wish I could get motivated to finish this paper on machine learning. But all I want to do is go lift some more. And then sleep. After banging the gf.

Also, in the market for some good compression shorts. Thick shit, that will survive the bar brushing against them repeatedly. Nike is crap. UA is decent but fits weird. Don't wanna pay $60 for the elite shit. What do?

Final thought: I hate assistance work. There, I said it. I feel like a pussy moving anything under 100 lbs over a small distance.

The answer is always Markov chain.
