Become a member of PenFed? It's in your backyard and any fees may be waived.

Made a delicious cheap bulking meal for any brahs who don't mind spending a while on food prep. Get a lb or so of sprats, they're fairly small fish a little bigger then a sardine. They're like $2 a lb or something. Cut off their heads and gut them. Batter in corn flower and deep fry. Had mine with some browned onions, chillis, salt, pepper, dark soy and lemon. Tartar sauce would probably have been good. Probably about 1500-2000 calories for a couple dollars.

I make this every couple months, there's about 15,000 calories in one batch so it's worth the hour or so it takes to cook: http://www.esquire.com/blogs/food-for-men/jambalaya-recipe-0211

If you wanna save money, roast a chicken yourself the night before instead of buying a pre-cooked one.

My favorite meals to make for the week are meat slop, ground beef with a bunch of frozen veggies, beans, tomato sauce, onions and other spices, pretty much just chili. Eat with brown rice, delicious cheap and very calorie dense

I widened my stance on squats and tried pushing my knees out on the way up. Didnt get a vid but I think it helped a lot. Just have to remember to push through the heels

Took some videos of my squats from straight behind. Found out that I was strongly favoring the left side, which appears to be due to asymmetries in my hip mobility. I found that pointing my right toe forward, left toe out, prevents my right hip from opening furthering than the left side (causing me to shift left to remain balanced). This now explains the additional strain I've been feeling in the left glute. Unfortunately, it also uncovered a major weakness in my right side. Looks like I may have to reset the weight a fair amount and let my right side play catch up.

Just do single leg work like RDLs and lunges. They should be in your program anyways to prevent imbalances.
