Looking at your video, you need to learn to open up your hips so you can bring your ass into the whole instead of dropping your hammies into the hole. If that makes any sense.
Some people use the mental cue of spreading the floor or pushing back with your ass or sitting back or pushing your knees out. It's a combo of all of them kind of.
