That's how it works out for me.

Last squat session, I was in the midst of my first week of dieting. Lost about 2-3" off my mid the first few days and felt extremely unstable during my squats. 510 felt like a ton on my back. Going in for 540 today and will probably turn out the same.

Ah word, thought it had something to do with leverage and all that.

Recs for new whey powder? I've been using this for awhile. Tastes great, mixes good, has fiber which I assume is important and most importantly is cheap. But should I be worried that it has too much fat?

Where do you guys find cheap protein powder? Trying to sniff out a deal.
