I eat Wendy's, Popeye's, Chinese takeout, etc about 10 times a weeks, and my lipid profile is awesome.

I also eat a lot of spinach, broccoli, and other gross crap like it.

Maybe it's something else or I'm just lucky.

But I'll tell you one thing.. for me, quantity of fast food (YUMMY FOOD) in my diet has a direct correlation to PR's in the gym haha biggrin.gif

How long should I stick to SPBR before going onto something else if I'm interested in packing on mass? I'm running this for my entire bulk/cut cycle but might switch to somethin else if its better for dem aesthetics

i think the key variable is the amount of sodium in fast food.

bloat yr way to pr's

Why would sodium bloat contribute to PRs? Not following

turgor pressure

Found dyel gym in DC about a mile from my place. Gone there 2x already and with the exception of a couple swole manlets there's not much going on. Haven't seen someone squat more than 135 yet. Gonna go do squat singles just to assert my alphaness and let them all mire.

Isn't this like 99% of gyms? I've only seen two people squat more than me at my gym.

I go to a Gold's Gym now. Havent seen anyone squat anything respectable, but there was a guy benching what I was squatting yesterday.

Bloat = thicker midsection = more stability = bigger squat

Bloat = thicker midsection/chest/back = higher touching point = bigger bench

That's how it works out for me.

Last squat session, I was in the midst of my first week of dieting. Lost about 2-3" off my mid the first few days and felt extremely unstable during my squats. 510 felt like a ton on my back. Going in for 540 today and will probably turn out the same.

+1. Dinner last night after deadlifts was a pizza, grilled chicken burrito, and a carnitas taco. I've got 7 lbs to fill in my weightclass in the next month.

Feel bad for people like CtK... a ton of it is genetic. I work with a guy who's a bit of a fitness nut and eats pretty clean and every time he gets blood work done, he's riding that high cholesterol threshold. His whole family is like that.
