I have two questions about bench grip
1, seems like a stupid question and maybe it is, but are there any tricks to keeping a straight wrist? I will def do some wrist flexion training, but I feel like I am holding the bar too far out into my fingers instead of in my palms and as close to my forearms as possible. Is that a thing?
2, how long is it safe to wear wrist wraps? When I do power bench I rest for like 4-5 minutes. But when I do hyper bench I rest for like 90 seconds. Thats not enough time for me to unwrap and rewrap. Whole thing will prob be about 5-6 minutes. Would it be safe to keep my wraps on that whole time, or will my hands turn blue and fall off?
O... bonus question. Any Android apps that will let me set a repeat or string of timers? I.e. on my hyper days I would want my timer to go off maybe every 2 and a half minutes. Or, I would like to program the timers for a whole workout in, and just have the clock go and not have to worry about it.
