What's the best rep/set number for getting stronger while minimizing muscle mass? I'm getting too big for my clothes now, but cutting should help.

I told that to some of my workout friends and they just laughed bc they thought I was joking. I still wanna wear all my acquired grails foo.gif

Mass is more about diet than it is about reps and sets.

shown to eason, it does exist, can't be fucked to upload publicly, but pm me your email address and ill email it to you.

Kipping pull ups wouldn't have a good carry over to real pull ups because they don't use the same muscle groups and even the shape of the movement is different. It's like recommending people do jerks to improve their overhead press. Yeah you're getting a weight over your head, but your not using your shoulders and tris to get it there.

To be clear, I wasn't serious about kipping pull ups.

What do you mean a bounce? Just not pausing?

Not pausing and not completely locking out the elbows.

(I'm overthinking this, I know.)

Finally hit 330 on my squat, no knee issues either! Was a lot easier than last time, hyped on that! icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

So far my biggest accomplishment has been adding 110lbs to my squat in a few cycles and now growing out of my Iron Hearts. Sugar canes 1947 gotta go though..

if you can't do pullups:

Pendlay rows
Lat pulldowns.

It won't take long till you can.

Fucking only hit 1 rep for last set of bench on my 5/3/1 week. Feels fucking bad man.

Pretty stoked. I got a 1 on 1 session with an Elite FTS & JTS writer and world champ holder at 220lbs. Driving almost 2 hours there and 2 hours back for it but it should be worth it. Going to have him look at my squat and deadlift and let me know what he thinks before I compete. Will probably do a few sessions every so months, his rates are awesome.
