Have put on 20lbs in 5 weeks. All kiiiinds of gains.

Roommates jimmies were rustled today. Was getting changed and he pointed out my gut. I told him it helps me get more leverage when I pull.

He said "Thats cool, if I ever have to lift a 200lb bar off the floor, I'll remember to get my gut ready." Told him even then he wouldn't be able to lift it harharhar

I had some issues with my left hand twirling sensation, pain etc. and it turned out it was a pinched nerve, which might need surgery to fix.

I don't know dude, 4lb per week? Your roommate may be onto something.

Haha I was 142 at around 9% bf. Now I'm 162 with a 29in waist. Still lean by most peoples standard and still DYELAF by rhets standards.

10-15lbs of the weight gain was def water. Use to get about 1700 cals and <2000mg sodium last month. Now im getting around 2800 cals with much more sodium and carbs.

Just when I thought I was eating a lot, I decided to eat even more, and now making some of the best progress in the last two years. Pint of Ben and Jerry's every night, that's what I'm talking about.

Regarding the belt debate, while I don't care if other people use them and I understand and admit that they're probably useful, I just can't bring myself to use them. I tried, but I don't like the feel of them. So I just tie the drawstring on my shorts nice and tight..... good enough for me. But then I also refused to wrap my wrist after spraining it.

Nope, just because you don't use a belt for your warmups, doesn't mean your raw squat is increasing. If you really want to train your unbelted squat (which is fine if you don't compete), then just train it unbelted. Not rocket science everyone. smile.gif

Thanks. I just got the 36s, 18s were not enough

My new gym is 2 miles away and I don't want to walk 40 minutes / take a bus when I can just run. The problem is I have things I carry with me all the time (Wallet, Phone, ipod+earphone, water bottle, snacks etc.). Whats a good bag that I can wear when I run to the gym?

Osprey (and other brands) make lightweight backpacks that won't bounce all over the place while running.

Not really sure if I'm better with or without a belt. Haven't used one ever. :P

Looked lean as fuck this morning, still weighed in at 190. Super hyped to be around 210-215 by the end of March icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif
