before i deleted her number tho I texted her that I thought one of her friends who gave me her number was hot but i forgot her name (turns out she gave me a fake # tho, which, whatever, was sorta outta my league haha). I've already got plans to fuck another one of her friends who is super thirsty for the D and lives 8 blocks from me.

low bar seems to be hurting either my elbow or my biceps brachii (where it attaches opposite of the pec minor)

is it a shoulder mobility issue? how 2 fx

Eason it could be a few things, I'm dealing with the same shit. Check external rotation of hurt shoulder. The have someone watch your sets. On my sets of 5 I loose tightness out of the bottom after my first three, I then start shrugging up to get tight again and that casues an impingement. I couldn't feel it but I asked my spotter to look and he pointed it out. It's a bitch though, it hurts.

I was doing db shoulder press and some dude came up to me and was all "damn bro that was awesome how you pushed that last rep out" because I was fighting it for like 10-20 seconds. Couldn't tell if he was being sarcastic or not, he was a complete bro, though, doing db curls with his broham

PS when I was doing incline db my elbow started hurting, any ideas what I could be doing wrong? Someone wanna link me up with a good form vid/explanation to see if I can figure it out?

I thought it was for achieving greater depth generally, not for targeting quads.

You really should take a few hours and read through starting strength. Better reading than Tnation articles anyways. It will answer a ton of questions you have.
