It's more of a disclaimer for people that do sports, it's one of the things they test for.  It's technically illegal to sell for anything but a cold afaik which is sort of stupid.

edit: disclaimer: i don't do this myself.

EC is legal, would not take E before an intense workout. Pleasestaysafe.jpg

Not going to lie, the few times i've taken it, I have had amazing, insane training sessions. I then also realized it made me feel a lot like what it felt like when I smoked laced weed in high school by accident, and I stopped.

I can certainly see why people go for them though.

Main ingredient, creatine monohydrate

Please stay safe with the creatine brahs

Speaking of pre-workout stuff..

I have a couple bottles of 1,3-dimethylamylamine in capsules just sitting around in my cabinet.

I finally hit my limit at 330 on my squat, one rep shy, ugh. Was in a super shitty mood, though, so hoping to blast through it next time. Really excited to pass 800 total.

Also found some fat free frozen yogurt that's fukken delicious, all carbs pretty much. Great PWO food. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

My workout shake is pretty much a meal. 40g protein, 120g carbs, some other shit.

I like that document idea. What with the filtered data being only populated with 2 entries?

Go to the first page and change the "lift to graph" and "reps" field.

I can add any lift you guys want very easy. The only reason I didn't make it free text submission was so that it would always match for the same lift. Could also implement an estimated 1RM with a little effort.

Jarude, what you making? Obviously a column for each person and a graph for each lift would be a hell of a lot easier, but this was more entertaining smile.gif

I think the column one would work better haha

Yes, I know. EAA's however, you can't get through "real food".

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I think you're gonna get a lot more amino acids per gram of protein by taking it is its pure form, which is BCAA / EAA powder. Taken pre/during/post workout and just before you eat a meal, you can increase the protein synthesis.

Don't ask me how his protocol is working but here it is for anyone who's interested:

Use will depend on budget. Here is what I would do with Aminos based on different budgets.

When I say before meals I mean at least 10-15 minutes before on as empty a stomach as possible. They do their signaling when not competing with other complete proteins.

Big budget 10 grams EEA's 10 grams BCAA"s 10 grams glutamine before at least 3 meals a day. On a training day, 10 gram glutamine and 10 grams EAA's right before the workout, 30 grams BCAA's during workout

Less Budget 5 grams EEA's 5 grams BCAA"s 5 grams glutamine before at least 3 meals a day. On a training day 5 grams glutamine and 5 grams EAA's right before the workout, 30 grams BCAA's during workout

Less budget 5-10 grams BCAA's before at least 3 meals a day and 30 grams BCAA's during workout

Less budget and the cheapest way to use them and still have tangible results is 30 grams BCAA's during the workout.

As far as what kind of protein to use, use what you can tolerate. As you know I think whey sucks. Most people can handle the Team Skip blend which is 33 whey isolate, 33 egg, 33 casein. Don't add BCAA's, EAA's or Glute to this.

You DON'T want to mix your BCAA's or glutamine with anything as it reduces or stops the signaling effects they provide.

Eric Serrano says his lab research shows 10 grams of EAA's to be the anabolic equivalent of 40+ grams of protein. I believe him based on results. Sucks they are the most expensive.

The BCAA's should be the 4.1.1 mix which is nice as it s the cheaper of the two generally used mixes.

OOPS, I forgot to add that 3 grams of taurine with any of these is a great idea.

Lol maybe. But conceivably you only need to enter a large amount of data once, then it should be equivalent. I wasn't sure about trusting everyone to edit data themselves though laugh.gif
