It doesn't look like you ever locked-out. :-/

Also wouldn't dropping the weight be an insta-DQ?

But regardless, mirin gains and mirin #LIGHTWEIGHT

I'm reconsidering education too, wouldn't leave me with a job til I'm 35...

Do it now rather than fret about it

Def locked out. At least I felt so. Something to double check next time. Not sure on comp rules tbh, but it feels REALLY good to drop it haha

I can add more lifts later, just testing spreadsheet. (use backspace to make entries faster, feel free to go back in your workout logs... graphs with 1 data point are uninteresting)

Yeah...

Residency applications are due in exactly 1 month. Gonna have to scramble to try and get some different letters of rec and change a couple rotations. If I'm not able to get it all sorted in time, will have to delay my training a year. In the long-run though, I think it'll be worth it.

Thanks to tigerprawn and jarude for data.... and no one else frown.gif

Ok... I fixed the chart that someone decided to delete. Is there anything else that people want to see in this? Will be much better with more data obviously.

I only see a weird graph

Put in your lifts and they'll be there.

Also fixed it, forgot I made it uneditable when I was fixing the graph.

In the linked google doc a couple posts up. You can set the lift/reps. It's not very interesting without a lot of data, but if people continue to use it, should get better. I changed it to a scatter plot for now since the other graph I had used doesn't even show anything with only 1 data point.

Is there any actual value to preworkouts that I wouldn't get from just chugging a monster beforehand?
TKJTG, have you heard of the Hughston Clinic? I know a few doctors there (mostly ortho), and they seem to really like it. The one I know the best came in with an Army background.

Preworkouts will fucking kill you, so, there's that.

There is a benefit from NO as a vaso-dilator but I stopped taking my pre-workout because I didn't like feeling like I needed it for a good workout
