Google docs with everyones lifts is a great idea. I'm around the bottom too but will bulk like forever now so lifts should be going up steadily over time. Currently:

Squat - 2 x 5 - 210
Paused Bench - 2 x 5 - 165
Sumo Deadlift - 2 x 5 - 265

Gotta beat VSLI and Gettoasty since I've been here longer. Pretty ashamed Mark has already passed me, haha. I take a lot of time with my technique though and am probably a bit too cautious with the constant overloading progression.

My friend and I have been coming up with the idea for a whiteboy gym-drug rap duo. We'll be called "Low-T & Beta"

I dont know what my 1RMs are but here is what I'm hitting on "power" days

Bench- 225x8
Squats- 285x8
RDLs- 295x10
Rows- 240x8
BTN press- 125x9

I was thinking of including

"X" RM
Estimated 1rm - for people who haven't tested
Actual 1rm - maybe put a distinction for meet lifts

Photo progress

Squat, bench, DL - or lower body push, low body pull, upper body push to allow for different lifts; section to indicate belt, wraps, etc

Lagrangian column - just for oly liftins

Anything else pertinent?
