In a month of SPBR I put 25 lbs on my squat, 20lbs on my bench and 25 on my deadlift. 700-770 total. Not sure what my weight's at because my scale battery died and I keep forgetting to buy new ones. My abs are still visible, though. Hoping I can bulk for the next 7-8 months.

I always know there's going to be trouble when there's a really strong guy working out with his clearly weaker friends. Dude pulled 455 with straps, which is the most I've seen on a bar in my gym. His friend tried for 365, and managed to completely drop the bar before he locked out even though he had straps.
ugh, a bunch of rogue squat stands went up locally on kijiji. i'd be out about 200 after paying for spotter arms from rogue and would lose pullup bar functionality.... but.... ***rogue*** and i love a good deal. would also give me a good excuse to re-level my platform.
Do you guys buy nice clothes and then sell them when you grow out of em? How do you feel when you order custom shit or get stuff tailored when you know you're gonna grow out of it? I feel like charly should have some kind of exchange program for us.
