do you know how your power clean compares to your front squat? i did a 125kg front squat the other day but still suck at power cleans so i have no idea what i should be aiming for.

I think I have some videos of my benching somewhere. I bench very narrow. Hand at almost where knurling starts.

Nice 200 TKJTG!

Not really. But when I olympic lifted what I could clean was about exactly what I could front squat.

I've never been 200 in my life wow.gif Maybe it's time, cracked 180 this morning. Just polished off my cereal for the night.

You're also a manlet, so that seems proportionally correct nest.gif

Damn even if half of that is lean that's pretty good

I'm only up about 15lb from May 4th

I have no idea how much of it as muscle though I highly doubt I've gained 12lbs LBM. I have gotten quite a bit stronger and put on some size in areas that were previously lagging(chest, delts, lats).

Am a manlet for sure at 5'7. But I have really long legs and arms, same arm span and hip bone height as someone who is like 5'10. I just got a squished torso I guess.

In a month of SPBR I put 25 lbs on my squat, 20lbs on my bench and 25 on my deadlift. 700-770 total. Not sure what my weight's at because my scale battery died and I keep forgetting to buy new ones. My abs are still visible, though. Hoping I can bulk for the next 7-8 months.

Thanks for recommending this prog guys, I wish I listened to you all earlier frown.gif

Hey how much weight should you increase with each session?
I always know there's going to be trouble when there's a really strong guy working out with his clearly weaker friends. Dude pulled 455 with straps, which is the most I've seen on a bar in my gym. His friend tried for 365, and managed to completely drop the bar before he locked out even though he had straps.

Depends on the specific lift, program, and how far along you are in your training.

ugh, a bunch of rogue squat stands went up locally on kijiji. i'd be out about 200 after paying for spotter arms from rogue and would lose pullup bar functionality.... but.... ***rogue*** and i love a good deal. would also give me a good excuse to re-level my platform.

Sick, I'm sure I speak for everyone here when I wish you all the best in those regards.

Do you guys buy nice clothes and then sell them when you grow out of em? How do you feel when you order custom shit or get stuff tailored when you know you're gonna grow out of it? I feel like charly should have some kind of exchange program for us.
