Something I've been wondering, is there a defined "natural limit" to powerliftinf the same as there seems to be for body building?

This is just hypothetically speaking. And maybe Fuji or Charly would be the only ones here to know. But is there something I can take that will allow me to eat maintenance at 195lbs and also loose some fat? Other than taking Tren or anything that will make me feel like I'm on speed.

Well.. tren wouldn't make you feel like you're on speed (I think you're referring to clenbuterol aka clen).

And nope, there's no magic supplement you can take for that haha.

Well god damned. Looks like I'm going to have to do it the hard way than. I've been eating maint at about 195 for a few months now. Feel like the quality of mass is a lot better as my lifts go up. Sort of want to cut because I have a lot of muscle mass and would look great at 180lbs, but don't want to be under 190lbs until I can bench 225.

Oh well. Cutting and stuff is stupid and I shouldn't even be thinking about it.

I think we are in the exact same place in terms of bw/lifts but I think you DL more and i bench more... Probably the same total thoigh

weighed 191 Monday. Best bench so far was 185 for a double. And that was at the end of my workout, benched 3 x 7 and squated 3 x 7 then did a ton of accessory stuff.
