I do. I have a base diet that I try to match on training and off days. If I feel like I had an extra hard workout or don't feel like I've recovered enough on my off day I'll eat a bit more. On deloads I'll pretty much eat perfectly but up the fish oil.

Yea I hope so. On 5/3/1 deloads were easy to jump right back into after because the light / volume week would follow after. Curious to see what happens what I try to jump right back into 100%. Had a talk with some powerlifters at my gym and they said my squat workset on Friday looked perfect and they think I have a lot more room in my LP to go, so hopefully I can jump right back into it.
