Just tell them you wish you could eat whatever you wanted without concern for how.it would affect your body, so unfair next time you catch them in the act.

Also, whats proper calorie/macro split for.rest day on bulk? Doing +20 on work days

Welcome to my life. There literally has not been a social engagement with food present where my friends fail to comment on my metabolism in the last year.

Lagrang made a good point... They just mirin. They stupid, but they mirin.

dammit sometimes i feel like a giant pussy when deloading. Especially when I walk out 240 for a squat and hear someone say "oh yea he should have this for ten reps easily", then i proceed to do two and look content with myself.

Wanted to keep going 100% but i did 8 straight weeks of adding 10lbs to my squat and deadlift and doing 2 x 5+ every week. So 80lbs in both lifts in about 2 months with form staying near perfect. Feeling a tad beat up and think I owe my body a deload before I press it again right up untill meet,

Well I think I resolved my deadlift issues. Asked a guy to film me to check my form (felt like a douche doing it when the gym was packed haha) and resolved it on that very set. I chalked, but I also dropped my ass down and prioritized my glutes more. I think I had my ass way too high which was making it too difficult. I could tell on my first set I hit my lower back really hard so that was probably the main problem. Grip exercises have probably been helping, too. I'm excited to plate up 10 lbs/session over the next few weeks and see how high I can get it before I hit another wall. Gonna blast through 800 total soon, feelsgoodman icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

here's the vid don't hate me because it's vertical dude had no idea what he was doing obviously:

Its ok, but I still think you can improve it. Narrow your stance and focus more on pulling the bar back. You want to feel like you're just a lever. You should fall backwards if you let go off the bar in the bottom just before you initiate the pull. Glutes should be active and all but I don't really push that much with them before the bar passes the knees. Then its all hip extension and glutes to lockout the weight. It looks too much like a squat now imo but the angle might be misleading. Side shot would be much better.

The angle's really misleading, I was leaning back. I just needed to get my ass down. What's wrong with a wider stance?

Looks good enough to me. Bad angle but I can tell your not going into flexion by looking at your chest. I'd narrow your grip more for sure, stance looks OK to me if that's where you're comfortable at. Also this is just me, but you really shouldn't be reverse gripping stuff at that light of weight. Also if you look at your shoulder of your left hand it is super tucked in, your deltoid is even pointing forward. That's going to cause you some problems eventually. Anyways, looks decent enough. Good speed.
