Bought some compression shorts, am i supposed to wear these by themselves because you can see my cock through them.

Kind of late news, but has anyone seen Dave Hoffs supposed world record total? 3005lb with a 1210 "squat" absolutely hilarious

here is him benching at a meet with a sneaky 1 board down his shirt, I think it digivolves into a 2 board by the 3rd attempt though.

Hit 325 today but my knee hurts a little bit. Not like a pain just an ache, don't know when it started because I started really noticing it 2/3 of the way through my workout. Not sure if a big deal or not, next time gonna ask this guy that squats proper to check my form to see if my foot is properly positioned WRT my knee.

Knee traveling too far foward above foot?

Weather is finally getting cooler so I tried on my jeans. Cannot get a single pair past my thighs smile.gif / frown.gif. Goodnight sweet RRLs and APCs. Really don't want to fork over 250 for outliers.

I don't think so. I loaded up 135 and watched myself in the mirror and nothing appeared wrong, all I could think of is if my foot is twisted one way or the other.

Christ. Got a distant friend into lifting July of last year and he just sent me before and after. Granted he is 36 and hired a proper trainer who helped him with cycling gear, but damn what good progress. Went from looking like he had a body of a 70 year old to being mildly toned and looking 26 or so.

I think maybe the bar is riding a bit too low, took some pics of setup and I'm like on my rear deltoid or it could also be that I don't have the proper rotator cuff strength to hold my left shoulder in external rotation through the whole set. The bloody pain tho, I can hardly lift a 10 lb weight when it's on.

VSLI you could squat 330 in under a year if you ate, worked on mobilization, and slept more.
Ah I meant that. Your final set looks better than your warmups.

Tendonitis? Sounds like a programming problem.

I don't think it's tendonitis, that stuff usually gets better as you get moving. I took some pictures of my bar position and I think it's just too low as it's sitting on my deltoid, going to try moving it up a bit and see.

Yea same here. I recently had to reset at 135lbs. I've written it out. I don't have the proper scapula mobility and upward rotation strength to do it correctly now. Just going to do a ton of other movements and press 95lbs with good form until I have it.

Saw this kid in the gym I go to school with. He's a Jersey Shore bro we make fun of all the time. I really wish I knew more sane, normal people who lift, not the GTL crowd (though I don't think this kid has the "L" part of it down yet).
