Hahaha, at least say why, that bad?

I don't know.if.it's as bad as he said but you rounded your back and your core collapsed over, didn't hit depth either. Also, unrelated to the squat, I think you walk out too far. Stay over the spotter arms so you dont hurt yourself.

Sorry. haha. You do look a lot better as far as muscle development goes biggrin.gif. But I'd hardly call that a squat. It look more like a drop to 3" above height and catch the weight in total flexion of back and hips then stand up with it. I understand that this is 100% but these motor patterns just don't appear at max weight.

Fair assessment, to be honest though I did feel it in my quads which is why I thought it was at least serviceable

I feel it in my quads when I walk up a flight of stairs but I dont call it a leg press.

(And to be fair, I can't do 225 much less for reps so good job on that)

Do you have videos of your work sets Mark? It might help to post that. Both you and VLSI need a stronger posterior chain if you guys want to squat and deadlift a lot of weight. I mean I know next to none about squatting for aesthetics and stuff but the successful bodybuilders in my gym all still have very very strong posterior chains.

Lol I'm just lashing out for all the shit I got for my 300lb dl laugh.gif

Did 5x5x160 box squats this morning. Post visa if you got them. I record all my sets, even warm-ups since that's usually when I experiment on form.

What you recommend coldsnap?

Feeling worn down and burnt out and lifting in an hour, someone give me some aggressive and demeaning encouragement

Hmm. I think you're guys programming is probably good enough, so no real specific movements. Just more time under weight and being picky about form, you guys will eventually get it and quickly surpass me.
