I don't know.. Need to figure something out. Maybe eating at 10:30, 12:30, 3:00, train at 4:00 with intra workout shake of 40g Prot and 130 carbs is too much food. Prob would help to eat breakfast earlier and push everything back a bit, but my precious sleep.

I get my daily cals in 1 or 2 meals post work out, no idea how you can eat that much before training.

Last year at the peak of my bulk(211 pounds) I only managed to get up to a 295 1RM on bench. Today weighed in at 196, decided to do some singles, and managed 300 for the first time. icon_gu_b_slayer[1].gif

dat feel when someone benches too close to what you deadlift.

Good energy in my gym today, everyone was there and most of us are in the thick of high volume with PRs leading up to the meet. Tons of Prs.

It takes a lot of calories to maintain this bronzed mass of a body. nod[1].gif haha. I think pushing breakfast earlier and watching what I eat for pre workout should help. Tunafish is a no go now, for some reason I burp tuna fish for hours after eating it. Should just stick with chicken breast and veggies but that's pretty much all I eat every day.

Is there any cheaper casein alternatives than ON? Shits like 33$ for 2 lbs and I use it too quickly, most expensive supplement..

Speaking of food, any high-protein alternatives to eggs & egg whites in the AM? I'm not a huge fan of eggs, and some days I can barely choke them down.

I like to get fat free deli turkey and melt fat free cheese over it. Or mix protein powder into.Greek yogurt. Or eat chicken.

Rips podcast is funny. It's like an old man talking to himself. I'll give him credit though. Most people can't carry a podcast by themselves.

Father was in Russia on business for the better part of a month and a half, commented that i'm looking fat and thick when I saw him again.

Successful bulk is successful.

I've never tried their casein but BodyTech (Vitamin Shoppe) whey is pretty good for the money. Currently buy one, get second half off. The whey macros are almost spot on with ON.

Two-pounds is listed for 29.99

Edit: FWIW, I really like Cabot low fat Greek yogurt at night. The highest protein of any Greek yogurt I've seen at 22g per serving. I get containers (4 servings) for about 4.25 each.

Do you guys lower your volume substantially when you're cutting? Thinking of switching over to that all iron routine you guys are nuts about or some generic Push/Pull/Legs routine.
Maybe something like this: Any suggestions?

Also just one week into my cut and 275lb squat feels like 315. Feels like fucken hell! Must be psychological right?
Chest, Delts and Triceps

Bench
Dips
Military Press
Side Laterals
Tricep Isolation

Back and Biceps

Deadlift
Rows
Chins or Pulldowns
Curls

Legs

Squat
SLDL or Ham Curl
Leg Press
Calf Work

My current gym doesn't have a squat rack or any DBs over 50 pounds.

Have to rack my the barbell in the dip stand for squats and do 20-30 reps with extra bands for added poundage on all assistance lifts in order to get something out of them. Felt like puking after 20 rep split squats supersetted with 20 rep side bands and then 20 rep DB swings. Dat leg and glute pump though :slayer:

Not really on the main lifts, just on the assistance.
