Vlsi what initially got you to start seeking that out? Low test? Glad to hear that treatment isn't invasive

Yup. Charly posted everyone should get blood work done -> privatemdlabs, female hormone panel, shows low test -> take, vitamins, eat fatty foods, sleep more -> new blood draw, confirms low t still, also high TSH -> go to real endo, more blood work, he suggests adding Prolactin since it can be a cause of low t in men, comes back super high -> MRI confirms tumor

Went something like that. I'm just glad it's a manageable issue, things really could be a lot worse.

You think qty 1 contains a pair or an individual strap?

You should really avoid using straps. Don't you want jacked forearms anyways?
But you dont want to inhibit your other lifts due to poor grip. Basically just dont use them until grip failure necessitates their use to continue performing the movement.

hook grip for low reps.

straps for higher reps.

chalk all the time everywhere.

This guys shoulder to waist ratio is insane. I wish this kind of body was attainable without sticking a needle in your ass everyday

I say never use wraps, make everything harder. You're only cheating yourself. Unless you're pulling 400+ x 12 then we can talk.
its stupid to miss out on deadlift work due to grip failure. with that being said, i think strap use should always necessitate extra grip work to compensate for said failure.
That's dumb though. Why deny yourself a back workout because your grip gives out? Just do extra grip work after.

*edit* lol jarude beat me.to it

Strapless first set, strap up for second set, farmers walks at the end of my routine.

FWIW I'm gonna try chalking before I order these.
