Not enough recoverie time
I was doing upper body 3x/wk, joints were killing me and lifts were going nowhere. Cut back to 2x/wk, everything clicked
I dont know if its just me but my hyper days (12 reps on errythang) have been a revelation. I did all the same exercises I have been doing Saturday, just with higher reps. Its Monday and I still have DOMS in places I haven't been sore in months (lats, triceps, biceps, shoulders). And I'm still pumped. Shit is crazy
