well basically anywhere where being a professional weightlifter is a means of receiving a relatively decent income.

what makes great countries great in this sport is mostly money and numbers, love for the sport is so marginal it doesn't even factor in.

Not enough recoverie time

I was doing upper body 3x/wk, joints were killing me and lifts were going nowhere. Cut back to 2x/wk, everything clicked


I dont know if its just me but my hyper days (12 reps on errythang) have been a revelation. I did all the same exercises I have been doing Saturday, just with higher reps. Its Monday and I still have DOMS in places I haven't been sore in months (lats, triceps, biceps, shoulders). And I'm still pumped. Shit is crazy

dreamer bulk time is over, swimming is all done so i have to eat a reasonable amount of food now... something like 3500 daily. sad

when you swim, how many meters do you do and how much do you eat? i'm still trying to figure out how much to eat. i'm up to 4300-4500 calories now, i think. swimming makes you eat like crazy.

Need some advice on cutting strategy...

5'11" 200-205 lbs. low 20s BF%. Been running SS for ~4 months. Weight's been steady now for 2 months, squat and deadlift have gone up about 100 lbs. each since then.

I want to cut to mid teens BF% by January (guessing I will need to be around 185).

Do I:

1. Tighten up my diet and keep recomping on SS as long as possible, then crash diet (RFL) if necessary
2. Switch to a cutting diet, run LP until I fail, and then switch programming
3. Something else?
