Random health thought: Got a manicure a few days ago. Been biting my nails since I was a kid and they've always looked horrendous, nothing has been able to get me to kick the habit. It's one of the major things I'm self conscious about. I'm hoping this'll help. Haven't bit them much since getting it done, so it seems to be working. I'm not even gonna cut my nails anymore, just get a manicure every other week or something until they grow back out and the nail beds recover.
Random exercise thought: I fucking hate having to wait all weekend to get to the gym on Monday. Seriously considering just going tomorrow instead of taking the entire weekend off. I also need to start foam rolling again after lifting.
BTW I've been toying around with saying I'm not gonna start cutting again until I total 1000, currently at 735, is this a dumb idea? IDK how long that'd take, probably a while.
