thanks man. yep, PR. last i managed was 265x3,1 iirc... so im pretty happy about this. i've been doing +10lb weekly for the past while without slowing down, so i'm due for a stall. upper back was getting fatigued and i felt like i was getting folded over a little bit, so i may have to add in some GMs or the like. i think i should be able to hit 315x5x2 by years end. and the hat is so im not blinded by sweat, haha.

you're probably right, the bar is very low on my traps and i do the squat as i would a low bar, just without sticking my ass as far back.
