Severely fell off the past week. Have been eating straight garbage, drinking 10-12 beers a night, not sleeping well at all.

Need to get my head straight. It's kind of hard living in one of the most active beach towns in the country during the summer and trying to keep your shit straight, can't wait till after labor day when i'm back in the city full time and away from all this shit.

i think i need to bring down the weigh slower during deadlifts. my scab peeled of in the middle of it and got blood all over the bar.

on the bright side, i did PR 5 reps of 315 DL today.

You probably just need to fix your grip. Anyone I have ever seen complaining about tearing callouses at fairly light weight has a shitty all-palm grip.

Gratz Canadian brah. Are you aiming 275 by December 31 2013 or do you want it during 2014? You may want to stay realistic if you want it by the end of the year. 50lbs on your bench within 4 months is not that easy if you wish to stay at your weight range.
