5 10. I worked out from home and made due with two dumbbell bars and 75lbs of weights. Also did a lot of HIIT over the summer. Tons of burpees, tuck jumps, mountain climbers, sprints etc. Got to around 9.5% bf and feel very athletic. Now that I'm at college I'm taking advantage of the fact that I'm dorming across the street from the gym haha

What program do you plan to run? Definitely sounds like bulk time.

Doing a custom 5x5. Was planning on doing stripped 5x5 but I didnt like having DL and row on the same day.

Will be following an ABA BAB weekly scheme.

Workout A

Bench press 5x5

Front Squat 5x5

Deadlift 5x5

Pull-ups 2xMax

Workout B

Military press 5x5

Back Squat 5x5

Barbell Row 5x5

Dips 2xMax

Could just have chins and rows swap places. Wouldn't make a difference.

Yeah I suppose it is the same basic movement, targeting the same muscle groups. In my mind it seemed better to do 1 weighted back exercise along with a body weight back exercise on the same day, rather than two weighted back exercises on the same day.

every one of those movements is a weighted back exercise foo.gif

Uniqlo has some sick floral lounge trousers if any brahs need slim pants to lift in. They're in the womens section, but they look pretty cool and they're elastic at the bottom. They have non floral patterns too, but the floral ones are obvs the best.

those are sick and i'm getting a pair.

Bush your routine looks fine enough though i'd do the routine as written personally. If you're worried about lower back stuff just do DB rows I like those more anyway.

that being said I like the front squat/back squat alternating. Just lift heavy and eat big and get lots of rest.

Will do. Hope to report great gains within the next couple of weeks and for months to come.

If you fuckers are going to wear those ladies floral pants you better at least lift in them or work on a car in them or something..

Just a small piece of advice. You want to keep the planes that you push and pull the same during a workout. So in layman terms on Workout A you are benching so do accessory work like bent over rows and dips on those days. Workout B you military press so do pullups/lat pull downs on those days. Your shoulders will thank you.
