5x5x170 squat this morning. Going to de-load next session and work on getting another couple inches of depth with my new found mobility! Should have messed around with foot position a while ago. Always assumed a wider stance would make it easier to go lower, but I was really just straining my hips, causing pain to myself, and failing to hit proper depth. Closer it is. Feels good to continue making incremental improvements to squat form.
2x5x90,4x90,8x70,7x70 ohp. Really need some 10lb plates...
Morning workout surprisingly a nice thing. I didn't do my usually pull-ups/ab work to finish out since I was running short on time though, that's a problem I've never had working out at 1am. Followed it up with three bowls of cereal, steak and egg burrito, and I ate the chicken out of a chicken burrito. Feeling fat as fuck.

So fucking sore. Really happy about my deadlift last night though, pulled a 1 rep PR for five and they looked amazing. Really sat into them and yanked them backwards, T spine gave a bit on last pull but whatever. Tried hook grip but first rep it felt like my thumb was being ripped off so I double over handed them all. I'll probably double over hand what I pull in competition. Bench is also a continual battle to add 5 lbs per workout but still havn't missed a lift.
