Just did this shit on my bench and it pissed me off, threw off my sets.
Anyhow, squat felt so much better tonight, no pains so I think an extra day of rest helped.
5x5x165, will go for 170 next time.
155x4,145x5,145x4,140x5,140x4 paused bench. Will be shooting for 5x5145 next round, which was tonight's intended target.

Cool, thanks. Wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but reminds me of outlier and I could use a few pairs of shorts, so I backed them for a couple pairs. Still need to go pick up some 5-7" shorts in the mean time to show off my baby quads. My current athletic shorts are all about 6+ years old
