Good work Tiger

I had a little elbow tendonitis... said fuck it and did my upper body workout after 3-4 days of bellyaching... I feel better now. I went swimming in the lake Saturday and I am starting to think swimming is the real problem for my elbows.

Still have neoprene sleeves coming though. I cheaped out and got EFS Super Heavy sleeves for my elbows and knees... hopefully they hold up

That's a good physique, Tigerprawn. You look really strong, unlike many BBers who lift more for aesthetics. I don't think your upper body is under developed in relation to your legs. hope I can get the same look with 10-15 pounds on my frame. Loving my current roitine but I wonder what something like SS or 5x5 would do for me.

So my gym moved to a new location, got newer equipment and more space. Unfortunately, they also reduced the amount of equipment so there is just one bench station, one incline, one squat rack, and no extra olympic bars. They also expanded the "personal training only" area and put 4 of the benches in there, leaving only 3 benches for the other gym goers to use. What faggotry is this? If I am going to use this gym in rush hour I can guarantee blood will be shed.
