He posted more about it in online dating thread... unfortunately, he already started a family with that girl, unless this is a new one yet.

Damn, that sucks. I never wanna go back to iTunes, gross.

Ever since starting SPBR a couple weeks ago I haven't missed a lifting sesh. I've been just writing my lifts down on random sheets of paper, though, because I haven't set up a notebook yet. Every time I end up spreading all of my shit out on a bench in the locker room to figure out what I gotta do that day, lol. Everyone probably thinks I'm an asshole, I should get on that this weekend.

I'm going to be in White Plains, NY on business for a few days in a week or two, anyone know of any good gyms in the area that I can just use once without having to drive into the city?

Well it seems hard to believe you could make three posts on SF without realizing you weren't texting or whatever you thought you were doing.

What muscles do I need to grow to make a nice shelf for squat bar? Hurting my dyel boney shoulders lol8[1].gif Also, what is y'alls opinion on toe angle and elbow angle?

Delts for low bar, traps for high bar. By just doing the basic compounds (BP, press, DL, squat), I had a good shelf after 6-8 weeks, and my presses are weak compared to squats/DL.

Hmm if traps, maybe I need to try forcing the bar a bit higher.

mediahint.com should let you use the browser based version (also us netflix and other 'murica only streaming services).

Current:

Still kinda embarrassing to post, but I figured contributing something is better than nothing and everyone elses pics have been very motivating for me. Found the before pic on a friend's online album. It was 2 years ago or so, but was essentially what I was working with when I started to become serious about working out. It's not a very good picture, but just go off my arms being the size of my forearms and you can imagine most of the rest. Super skinny, sickly thin, not in shape at all, the true definition of skinny fat with a little Golum gut. I think I was 130lbs in that picture, if that. The only thing I had going for my was my endurance and some leg strength from cycling. Finally took a long look at myself and realized I just wasn't happy with what I saw.

Obviously, current pic is nothing to brag about, but I think it's a big step in the right direction. I'm still very DYEL, but I think it's a good step in the direction I want to go.

EDIT: You can see my shoulder blade poking up... smh. Never again man.

Good work brochocho, give us a little detail. Height, weight, routine?

^ Good idea

5'8
Before: ~130 possibly even sub that
Current: 165 and trying to move up LARGE

I was a dumbass and did random shit in the gym for a long time, saw zero results. Started SS awhile back and that's where most if not all the improvement is from. I did two cycles of SS, got to 180lbs. Did mix of SS/531 during the cut, which was pretty experimental for me, and attempted to maintain my numbers, and now I'm at 165 doing another cycle of SS.

I'm a huge advocate of SS since it worked for me, but also realize it's not the only strength program out there. I just wanna milk it for all it's worth. Also probably why my legs are disproportionate to everything else... at least I think so.
