Still kinda embarrassing to post, but I figured contributing something is better than nothing and everyone elses pics have been very motivating for me. Found the before pic on a friend's online album. It was 2 years ago or so, but was essentially what I was working with when I started to become serious about working out. It's not a very good picture, but just go off my arms being the size of my forearms and you can imagine most of the rest. Super skinny, sickly thin, not in shape at all, the true definition of skinny fat with a little Golum gut. I think I was 130lbs in that picture, if that. The only thing I had going for my was my endurance and some leg strength from cycling. Finally took a long look at myself and realized I just wasn't happy with what I saw.
Obviously, current pic is nothing to brag about, but I think it's a big step in the right direction. I'm still very DYEL, but I think it's a good step in the direction I want to go.
EDIT: You can see my shoulder blade poking up... smh. Never again man.
