still soak my bedding every night with sweat, but starting to feel somewhat human

Just got back from a week of camping with some mates; so haven't been to the gym o'course and trying to catch up on this thread.

On the lifting music.... (turn sound on); it's Rammstein (if you're more about creating an intense atmosphere otherwise I just listen to rap).
