I did 5 sets of curls with 35kg with the squat rack last week whilst someone waited to do squats. When I was done he unloaded the bar and did squats with the bar. I defo got more muscle stimulus then him. To be fair my gym only has 2 oly bars and 2 squat racks so if I'm going to use an oly bar I might as well use the rack too.

If you can do a thing elsewhere that someone else can't do elsewhere you're an asshole.

Just last night I asked a dude curling in the power rack "Hey dude, can you do curls over there? (point to empty bench), I was hoping to use the rack to squat and I can't do it anywhere else" and he obliged. I don't think that was unreasonable.

yeah, i am just a dickhole but i would have declined based on first come first serve. i have done 15 sets of pushdowns just because someone asked me how many sets I have left.

My post workout meals are starting to get ridiculous from doing carb backloads while bulking. Eating 5 lbs of food in one sitting right now, haha. Probably gonna take me an hour to finish.

1 lb chicken breast, 1 lb white potatoes, 1 lb of sweet potato, 1 lb of beetroot, 1 lb of carrots and onion. Cover it in ketchup and honey. Big salad on the side. 1800 cals, 300g carbs, 12g fat and 120g protein.

My macros for lifting days are currently 500c, 50f, 275p. I do sub 100c and high fat on rest days with the same protein intake.

mad carbs, that's awesome. I have no idea how people eat so little fat... Pretty sure my breakfast clocks in at 60 alone. Carbs are damn hard to eat, especially non-processed ones.

Damn that's a lot of food. Are you doing any form of IF as well to get that much in in one sitting? Also, are you seriously mixing honey and ketchup?

Hard to eat high fat. Most of the foods I eat are inherently low fat and the it also makes keeping calorie total in check difficult. I have been switching over to more red meats though to try to get adequate amounts, plus eggs of course.
