1 lb chicken breast, 1 lb white potatoes, 1 lb of sweet potato, 1 lb of beetroot, 1 lb of carrots and onion. Cover it in ketchup and honey. Big salad on the side. 1800 cals, 300g carbs, 12g fat and 120g protein.
My macros for lifting days are currently 500c, 50f, 275p. I do sub 100c and high fat on rest days with the same protein intake.
