I really love K star and think his book is great. But I think Assess and Correct is a much better product, although it's like $300 I think.

19.5" now. going to get them to 21 or so at 245 with goal of cutting to 225 from there

Hah, yep I was there, had extra tickets so was trying to get rid of 'em, should probably change the sig.

ACL should be a great time, wish I could make it. I went to Bonnaroo though this summer and last though.

i found the biggest and hardest leap was 17 to 19. years ago i got them up to 21.5 but at a bw of 285. 21 at 240-245 for a genetically inferior white guy would be a big accomplishment for me considering my sleeves are 38"

Just realized I totalled 700 today for reps, not great but not bad considering I just started SPBR and haven't benched/deadlifted in a while.

Have the fucking flu, whole body feels like I've been hit by a truck. Don't feel like eating. frown.gif

5x5x160 squat smile.gif Going to hold there next session, last few reps were a real grind, then bump it up again next week. Also realized I had a huge gap between 70 and 95lb while trying to do OHP because my 10lb plates are on backorder. Either way, home gym is freaking awesome. Now I just need some cheesy ass posters to fill the wall. Mark definitely get on that GHR, feel so damn good.

Yeah I wish my gym had a GHR, gonna try what kunk and GN suggested.

I did 115x3 on OHP this week, a PR for me.
