SPBR is actually really nice and I like it so far, I gotta start tracking my food intake again which I haven't really been doing. I fell off the wagon so hard haha. Six months from now you guys are gonna be so proud of me. shog[1].gif

knee wraps!=knee sleeves. either way, sleeves wouldn't be the only thing preventing from your knees blowing out. just pony up for rehbands, i am glad i did. feels good man.

It's not the sleeves for me, I don't find they actually add any weight they just make the movement smoother. It's the belt, outside of those 2 weeks were I tried to squat high bar with a narrow stance I can't remember the last time I squatted or pulled 2 plates without a belt

it's not a quad dominant lift but you're wasting power if you don't use your quads, because yes then you'd be SL deadlifting which is fucking stupid if you want to lift maximal weight.

Progress pic. This is me today at 195lbs. A full 60lbs heavier than I was two years ago. Plan is to put on five more pounds then cut down to 185lbs. Looking at this though I am still feeling a bit DYEL. Edit: Sorry for the huge picture.

nice upper trap and delt shape, ditto pecs but u got ILS (imaginary lat syndrome) and no tris. what kind of routine are you doing?
