Met chick at gym this morning, she was doing squats and I was totally mirin. We started talking about fitness, might go out with her this weekend.

Face is definitely buttery ( i just dont like gingers), but body is fit and aesthetic as fuck

edit: she did mention she wanted to try out the crossfit program at our gym shog[1].gif

Is it bad form to bench in the power rack if the gym is really empty and there are other racks open? Getting sick of spotters touching reps that I can get myself even though I specifically say "don't shadow the bar and don't touch the bar unless I tell you to." Not really benching a weight that can kill me, but I'm on LP so missed reps are inevitable.

Fuji you probably do squat more than me and are more athletic, but to be fair nothing about your build looks like you can squat a lot. That picture you posted recently with you and headphones just looks like you did dumbell shrugs, dumbell presses, and bench three days a week for two years while hardly eating.

285 wouldn't be a lot, a 1.5bw squat is nothing. Really? That's quite a comment I always though my legs were bigger then my upper body and that my traps and chest were my most lagging body part tysm. It's not even leg day and I might just video an easy rep with towers pathetic max tomorrow, wouldn't even need to warm up

Actually I don't even need to I've already shown people in this thread a video of me doing a double with 285 last year

Yea, I'm not doubting. For sure your shoulders are much larger than your legs. Its like your wrists and ankles area never filled out from when you were super skinny. That's prob a good thing though if your going for aesthetics or whatever that is!
