Yea, why wouldnt you? Unless you mean all the way to 120 and then I wouldn't know yet, but it looks like their is room. You can always buy a cheap mechanic type stand from harbor freight.

On another note, I've fucked up these past few weeks. Lifting barely enough to maintain, eating like shit. So ashamed, so much wasted time frown.gif Trying to get my head back into it. I think I got frustrated with making no progress, but that's really no excuse. Feels bad frown.gif

Eh, there aren't any strong guys except one guy (elite 242-er).

I haven't seen any lifts in my gym that I was impressed with.

e: just don't be a phaggot who is all geared out with straps, crossfit socks and compression wear unless you're pulling at a competitive level.

Haha, never that.

I am contemplating straps though; I feel I could have lifted more but my grip gave out. I also feel like its kind of cheating though, is rather build up my grip on my own

i use straps on my heaviest weights only and work out my grip with fatgripz

Never use straps man. I'm still double over handing. Wont stop that until I'm in the 400lb range, then hook grip because I've tried over under and it moves the bar bath out and makes me a bit more spilled over for some reason.

I'm looking for something with a roomy thigh, but still a decent taper. I really don't want denim with a leg opening larger than 7.5-7.75. I'll report back after LOTS of research. So hard to nail down clothing that fits right without having to take it to a tailor.

I don't see how you guys roll with that small of a leg opening. These are the two jeans I have in my rotation, I need something like a 9.5" leg opening or it's a bitch to get my calves through it.

Why are you putting your calves through the leg opening? Unless you mean your cankles...

Hah, I guess I mean just in the calf area of my leg. Shit gets restricting there and it bugs me out.

easy man you just need to start training with some dyel fucks, then a 100kg snatch will do the job lol8[1].gif

On average how long do you guys stay in the gym, given you have nothing else to do and nowhere to be?

Lately my workouts have ventured into the hour and a half territory which I feel is too long, but then again I see people who are there before me and are still there when I leave. Spending nearly 2hrs in the gym 5 days a week makes me feel like an uber meathead

trust me this is small potatoes, especially if you're doing AM/PM training sessions. I have friends who train in the vicinity of total 4 hrs per day 6 days a week. They're competitive athletes though so maybe it's a bit different.

lifting twice a day would be fucking optimal though. too bad i'm not independently wealthy so there goes that idea.

When will it be my turn...

5'10'' 250 lbs. How does it compare?

Edit: pretty sure I could eat my way to 300 lbs without any difficulties...not sure if it's a good thing.

I do about 1.5-2 hours per session, 4 times a week.
