Yeah these guys are around 6'4.

Guess that's not really what you're talking about as an average height guy at that weight at BF% would be a lot bigger.

No judgment here on steroid use itself, I just think it's problematic how many people have unrealistic expectations because of the number of steroid users who deny using.

Might get crap for this, but I have absolutely no problem with people denying roid use for multiple reasons:

1. They make a living off of their physique and would lose endorsements if they admitted using
2. It's illegal and they risk their career for it
3. It's nobody else's business

Now, competing in natty competitions while using is another story.

No shit from me - all your points are fair. Like db_ggmm, I just hate the false expectations it perpetuates.

On the note of gear, I've been lifting at an Army gym for the past couple weeks...TONS of possible pinners there. It's awesome...super motivating. Nothing like seeing multiple dudes repping 365+ on bench to motivate me to train harder.

Isn't even that big and that lean.

Mostly about having a solid foundation from years of lifting and busting your ass, and eating correctly.

You might have been lifting for 4+ years but the quality of the training really matters too.

Basically, if you're eating big (with decent macros) and busting your ass in the gym (limping out of the gym, soaked in sweat, on the verge of vomiting), you can get there no problem.

I agree, I wasn't implying that it was hard, just stating that genetics can play a part where your body stores fat and I meant I've trained seriously for 4 years.

110kg at 10% bf and 6'4" is just about arnold size, well a little bit lighter.

So now I'm back at it.

You are 160ish??

I am 160, but you look pretty thick. I think you a tad shorter than me though. I'm 5'9.5" so body elongated a bit. I am similar in that bitchmode phase (well TBH I have been stuck there for awhile, AMIRITE?? redface.gif) but #'s are not as huge as yours, great job!

I wish I had abs TBH. After working out and showering I sit down shirtless and it is a sad night when I see my pouch frown.gif
I never had abs in my life.

Some good development with the chest I think. Been just doing 60 to 65 lb dumbbell bench press and incline in lieu of the barbell. Once my shoulders and chest even out with my stomach I will be a little happier.

quads update, took 2 weeks off lifting for amsterdam and a sickening festival, where I barely ate so I'm reasonably lean, but in that time my 5 rep squat became my 1rm.

Finally getting somewhere on my bulk. 194lbs on the scale today, new PR. Hit 12 x 225 on bench, dude spotting me suggested that I try 275 next time. 6 more lbs until my bulk goal.
