What does it mean when a reply to a craigslist ad shows up as a reply to an old email chain that I deleted but with a new name? Someone trying to play tricks right? Trying to sell some bumper plates... need to raise my price so they'll feel good when I take their offer instead of them refusing to pay asking price even though price is already decent.

Pretty sure this guy just didn't want to eat his ego after I turned down his offer. Should just reply to him using the first name.

Terrible night in the gym this evening. So weak. And there were at least five motherfuckers breathing all heavy with breath smelling like a cat took a shit in their mouths.

We're about the same height and weight right about now, you're probably A LOT leaner than me though, what's your BF at like right now, still abs visible?

Yeah abs still visible but definitely packing on some fat. Probably in 12-14% range. Been working 90+ hours a week with erratic gym schedule, so that hasn't helped. :-/

5"10 215lbs, top 2 visible, middle 2, just show in the morning, I'm probably around 15% bf.

I don't understand how you guys have abs visible at such high BF and BMIs.

Is it cause you've been lifting for awhile, and have a solid foundation?

Just when I thought I got comfortable with bulking guys 30lbs heavier than me have abs : ( haha

Again, high BMI does not necessitate high BF (though these two are highly correlated for a large majority of the population). It's literally just a function of total weight and height. They simply have higher lean body mass than you (and me), thus heavier and still have abs.

upper abs don't count as visible abs.

I still do not have any core / ab workout in my routine lol

I stopped doing abs on chest day per IA SPBR. The 3x10 set was frustrating me as I do not see what purpose it served =\

Genetics and body-type play a huge part. I've been lifting consistently for 4+ years too.

Nah.. 30BMI with abs ain't magic.

Isn't even that big and that lean.

Mostly about having a solid foundation from years of lifting and busting your ass, and eating correctly.

You might have been lifting for 4+ years but the quality of the training really matters too.

Basically, if you're eating big (with decent macros) and busting your ass in the gym (limping out of the gym, soaked in sweat, on the verge of vomiting), you can get there no problem.

It may get more narrow but it will always be there in some form. Just ask terry crews.
