30+ BMI here for sure - 5'6 and 200lbs

I'm actually going this week to get my body fat tested in one of these Bod Pods: http://www.bodpod.com/en/products/body-composition

Anyone ever used one of these before?

Is having a gap between the pecs genetic, or does it get filled in the more muscular you get?

What does it mean when a reply to a craigslist ad shows up as a reply to an old email chain that I deleted but with a new name? Someone trying to play tricks right? Trying to sell some bumper plates... need to raise my price so they'll feel good when I take their offer instead of them refusing to pay asking price even though price is already decent.

Pretty sure this guy just didn't want to eat his ego after I turned down his offer. Should just reply to him using the first name.
