I am on cruise control and it sounds like you are making more of an effort to fix whatever problem it is. If it works lmk b/c perhaps we are both dealing with the same issue. FWIW what do you think if your form?

Yea, I think I have like 10-15lb and 2" on you or thereabouts.

I'm pretty pleased with my form, small things to iron out but mostly good. Charly said "You need to sit back more on your setup for your sumos and use more of your hips and legs to drive the weight off the ground. Squats looked good other than a little pitching forward. Work on beefing up your core a bit."
I need to fix my life fitness bench, it just needs a few bolts, but I can't stand the other cheapo one I bought also... will sell it as soon as I no longer need it.
