Yea CTK take away the pad, it actually fucks with where the center of the gravity is when squatting thus fucking up your bar bath and leverages. And quit being so wiggly under weights, get tight and stay tight. Although I'm not sure if I could rep 245 x 10 so take this with a grain of salt.
