Huh? The weight classes for powerlifting are set up as the upper limit.

So 198's = 181.26 through 198.75.

So if you entered in the 181's.. that would mean your maximum weigh in weight would be 181.25.

Ah, son of a bitch. I think that's how olympic lifting is too, I was wrong.. heh been awhile. Its fine though, i'll weigh in heavy and they will bump me up a class. Already asked someone if the gym if this was OK because I was unsure about what to put and already mailed it in because they are only taking 65 lifters.

i've been having trouble falling asleep lately due to my nightly gorging. my stomach feels so distended that unless i'm propped up on 2 or 3 pillows, i feel like i'm going to puke. i also need a fan blasting my face or hydro bill-raping AC on at night, otherwise there's no sleeping.

i find having a working schedule is the best thing for bulking; getting up at 6 and having the full day to cram food down makes it much easier. when i was a student i'd sleep in, rush to class, train and get home and all of a sudden it would be 4pm and i hadn't had a respectable meal yet. these days i've already eaten half of my daily calories by 1pm.

swimming is really starting to piss me off though. i have a sickening tan but 8 hours of daily LISS with random intervals thrown in can't be good for gainz.

I like the feeling of overeating frown.gif I wish I had your guys' problem!

How many calories are you eating that you're that full though? Couldn't you just load up on "dirty" foods to cut down on volume a bit?

Yeah, i'm trying to keep everything clean which means I really have to push down a shitload of food. Aiming for 3,200 cals a day

I do about 3k clean and 2k dirty.

The weekends are a bit easier as most of my 5-7k is dirty.

I don't, but I'm also not bulking. Meat, veggies, greek yogurt, occasional bagel. I was just saying I wish I disliked overeating so I wouldn't do it.

its more the time of day; i can't really gorge mid-day as swimming on a full stomach is horrendous. i eat regular meals through the day and then get aggressive in the kitchen from 7-10pm so sleeping ends up being pretty unpleasant. all my "clean" food is really calorie dense already, though - pork, pasta, etc. the problem is just that i'm burning all of it off and stuffing myself every break i have isn't exactly practical. i already threw up in my mouth singing songs to a 2 year old this summer, lol.
