Haha normally I do. I pretty much wear nothing but pro combats nowadays, but it was laundry day. The immediate "FUCKFUCKFUCK" that went through my mind was kinda scary though.

All I wear is pro combats as underwear. Have been for the past 4 or so years, stupid comfortable. Although I just saw on mt meet form I have to wear underwear with no legs grrrrrrrrrrr

I was reading that it's not allowed, but a lot of people do it anyways but just dont have the legs sticking out.

Went to the gym early today, like way earlier during peak hour after work. A lot of bros be lifting 3 plates bench tonight.
Resetting my schedule. Trying to hit the gym earlier so I can rest more. Leg today so sweated it out while nursing a bad cold. I hate all this mucus build up in the throat ffffuuuu.gif

This will also mean no spotting from my brother, which will also mean lowering the weight or asking random to spot. I am really hesitant about the latter option =\

Anyone remember that friend of mine that i got into lifting?

He was a cardio guy who wanted to build mass. Got him on stripped 5x5, gave him a diet and taught him the lifts. He got down to 10% ish bf over two months while seeing great noob gains. Last time I saw him was over two months ago, right when he switched from the cut to bulk.

Ran into him today and holy shit. He had grown out his boyish haircut and tied it back into a top knot, had a pretty decent stubble and looked like he had put on at least 10 lbs of muscle along with looking more mature. I guess his test levels have gone through the roof when switching from years of cardio and undereating to lifting and bulking.Told me he was tired on clean eating and had gone all out on a dirty bulk. Told me he had gained 15 lbs (most def a lot of water, but still) and he wasn't fat at all. Best size progress I've ever seen irl. Mired pretty hard so I instantly upped my daily cals by 300.

^ I love seeing transformations like that. Pics at all? Not even gonna nh that because seeing true transformations through acquaintances is like the ultimate motivator. I had a similar reaction after my dirty bulk by a few friends I hadn't seen for months on end. I'm floating around 160lbs in that vid, but last they saw me was at ~140lbs and then saw me again after my bulk attempt at ~180lbs. I guess you don't really notice how drastic changes are yourself until someone who hasn't seen you in awhile points it out.
