I still do care I guess. I wear nice clothes, made i usa shirt, sugar canes or iron hearts and red wings or alden. But the amount of effort and thought I put into it has been reduced to like next to none. Pretty much I go "Does this fit me?" and if it does it's my new favorite shirt or pants.

I wish I had enough money to try some RO stuff, I'd like bigger arms first though.. eventually.

If you do, be prepared to throw out your current wardrobe.

Why bigger arms? RO will work better with skinnier arms.

you know what i mean. Higher volume. incline Bench/DB Flyes/Delt raises that kinda shit.

Oh, I always thought that drapey stuff looked better with juicy arms.

lol I did a bodybuilding assistance work for a month and just finished, was like fuck this I'm just spinning my wheels and doing dumb shit. I'll go back to curling once a week and that's it. Arms get juicy from heavy deadlifts, bent over rows, pullups, pulldowns, dips. etc.

what's your bench at.
190 x 5, I've never said I was a good bencher. Also I don't care. Look at any beginner in powerlifting who is doing it right and they are focusing more on the squat and deadlift, bench eventually comes.

i guess your goals are your goals.
Yes, but I am running an LP on my bench. Which is something I remember you telling me to do. You will never get me to do more volume BB stuff tho.

Deadlift a have never done shit for my arms. Neither have most rows, but chins and dips have. Nothing has caused bicep gains like curls though. You can't really complain about not being aesthetic whilst not doing anything for it.

I have been disregarding clothes for ages now. Elastic black skinny jeans or short shorts and a really tight t shirt or dress shirt. Looking legit homosexual every day.

16" biceps cold crew

Curls for arms? Eh.. I do like 2 sets a week IF I'm not feeling lazy.

I mainly do them for my elbow.

A hair under 18" flexed crew, checking in.

Dammit I wasn't even complaining about my arms, they are big enough and fine. they are bigger than most 150lb dumb curl bros in other gyms. I was just talking about thick ass arms like charly has. Which looks like I have 2 more inches to add to my arms to get like that, lol that's a lot.
